Appliance manufacturers know the importance of making sure their products are leak-free from day one and that they can withstand a higher pressure load than the components operating pressure. Therefore home appliances frequently undergo destructive pressure burst and leak testing. On some occasions, a component may require a water hammer test. Testing processes performed on assembly lines are often time-consuming; ranging from a few seconds for small items up to more than a minute, even hours or days for some applications.

Nitrogen (N) Charging Unit
The PPM nitrogen charger (PPM NCU/HA/35/400) is intended for filling large accumulator systems such as bladder, membrane and piston accumulators.
Compressed Air Booster
Our compressed air booster units are utilized where the existing compressed air supply is no longer sufficient due to an increased pressure requirement for special tools, machines or systems.
Hose Test Bench with Laser Measurement
When hoses are subjected to pressure, they often change from their original form and dimension. The test stand has an integrated automatic laser and length measurement system and can measure torsion easily. In addition, a quick connector system enables the hoses to be replaced rapidly.
Pipe and Hose Test Bench
Hoses, pipes and pipe connections must reliably withstand operational pressures and predefined pressures during testing. To prove the component and material quality, they are exposed to pressure, sometimes to the point of failure or bursting.
High-Pressure Burst Test Stand
Some components are exposed to extremely high pressures during operation and must be tested for quality and material fatigue. Our high-pressure test bench for burst pressure tests up to 15,000 bar can put any component to the test.
Burst and Pressure Cycle Test Stand
A state-of-the-art dual chamber test rig for simultaneous burst and pressure pulsation testing. The rig enables testing flexibility in your lab. A media heating and cooling unit can be installed to cover an even wider range of test requirements.

The standard pressure cycle test bench serves as the basis for many of our systems and can be upgraded with a wide variety of configurations.
Water Hammer Test up to 60 bar
The test rig enables manufacturers of home appliances and other components to execute a water hammer test up to 60 bar. Usually, water is used as a test medium and can be optionally heated up to 85°C.
Test Stand for Pumps, Fittings and Valves
The rig enables leak and burst pressure testing up to 60 bar using our patented fine pressure control method with 0.1 bar increments. It facilitates a reliable and repeatable test process for comparable results and data acquisition to understand the DUT behaviour in operation.
Burst Test Stand up to 2 000 bar
Media-carrying components are exposed to a wide variety of conditions in building services and other industries. The resilience of pumps, pressure vessels, hoses and pipelines made of metal or plastic is verified with this rig by applying dynamic and static pressure tests to the component.
